All vendors are required to join our designated Facebook planning group. All important updates, event information, and announcements will be posted there. By participating in this event, you acknowledge that you will join the group and regularly check it for updates.  The link to this group will be emailed in all approval emails. 

I understand that the Idaho State Tax information will be posted in our official Facebook group, and it is my responsibility to register my booth for the event. I acknowledge that failure to complete this registration and provide proof will result in being unable to set up until the requirement is fulfilled. This policy applies to all vendors, including those with a permanent Idaho Sales Tax Permit.  

If selected, I understand that I am required to actively promote the event across all of my social media platforms. This includes inviting my followers and friends to the official event page. I agree not to create a separate event page and will exclusively promote the official event hosted by Those Two Chicks Events  

1st review of applications will be reviewed by Aug. 15th  and you will be notified by email by Aug. 30th. If we have spaces available after that we will review and look over the next round Sept. 15th and you will be notified by Sept. 30th.  All others will be reviewed case by case if we have any spaces available still **** please note that emailing, messaging, posting comments asking constantly if you have been accepted will likely make us pass on your application ****

INSURANCE: All vendors will be required to have their own 100k minimum liability insurance policy, You will be required to send us proof of this to us via email 30 days prior to the event. 

I agree to read the terms and conditions on our website, payment will be agreement of these T&C
