1. Booth Fees and Payment

Booth fees must be paid in full to secure your space.

All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Spaces are assigned by the organizer and may not be changed or transferred without approval.
2. Setup and Teardown

Setup times will be communicated prior to the event via our Facebook Planning Group. Vendors must be fully set up by the event start time.

Vendors are required to remain for the full duration of the event. Early teardown is not permitted.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and display materials unless otherwise noted.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows

No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.

Failure to attend without notice may result in exclusion from future events and no payments towards those events will be given.
4. Conduct and Presentation

Vendors are expected to maintain a clean and professional booth at all times.
-
Offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior or displays will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Vendors may only sell the items listed on their application.
5. Liability

The organizer, venue, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring before, during, or after the event.

Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance coverage for liability and products.
6. Compliance
All vendors must comply with:

Local and state business and tax regulations.
-
Health department rules for food vendors.
-
Any venue-specific policies or fire safety regulations.
7. Photography and Promotion
By participating, vendors grant permission for event organizers to use photographs or video of their booth and products for promotional purposes.
8. Weather or Emergency
The event is rain or shine unless otherwise stated. In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event without liability beyond booth fee refunds.
9. Agreement
By submitting an application and payment, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
