Terms and Conditions

1. Booth Fees and Payment

• Booth fees must be paid in full to secure your space.

• All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

• Spaces are assigned by the organizer and may not be changed or transferred without approval.

2. Setup and Teardown

• Setup times will be communicated prior to the event via our Facebook Planning Group. Vendors must be fully set up by the event start time.

• Vendors are required to remain for the full duration of the event. Early teardown is not permitted.

• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and display materials unless otherwise noted.

• Vendors are responsible for completely cleaning their booth space, this includes removing all items, taking all trash to the dumpsters located outside and picking up all debris.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

• No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.

• Failure to attend without notice may result in exclusion from future events and no payments towards those events will be given.

4. Conduct and Presentation

• Vendors are expected to maintain a clean and professional booth at all times.

• Offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior or displays will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

• Vendors may only sell the items listed on their application. - Items must be specifically listed on your application

5. Liability

• The organizer, venue, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring before, during, or after the event.

• Vendors are responsible to carry their own insurance coverage for liability and products.

6. Compliance

All vendors must comply with:

• Local and state business and tax regulations.

• Health department rules for food vendors.

• Any venue-specific policies or fire safety regulations.

7. Photography and Promotion

By participating, vendors grant permission for event organizers to use photographs or video of their booth and products for promotional purposes.

8. Weather or Emergency

The event is rain or shine unless otherwise stated. In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event without liability beyond booth fee refunds.

9. Agreement

 

By submitting an application and payment, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Please Note: Application Review Process

All applications are reviewed prior to the approval deadline. As part of our review process, we will compare the photos you submit with the written description of the items you plan to sell. The photos and descriptions must accurately match.

Approval decisions are based on several factors, including the items you have listed, the quality and clarity of the information provided, and the overall variety of vendors already applying for the show.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Our goal is to create well-rounded, diverse shows that offer attendees a wide variety of products and services. We carefully consider the mix of vendors for each individual show to avoid having too many vendors selling similar items.

Please also understand that being a previous vendor does not guarantee acceptance into future shows. Every show will follow the same application and review process, and applications are evaluated based on the needs and vendor mix of that particular event.

To help us properly evaluate your application, please:

• Be as specific and detailed as possible when describing the items you plan to sell.

• Submit clear, high-quality photos that accurately represent the products you will be offering.

• Make sure your photos and written descriptions match the actual items you intend to sell.
