Booth Space Specifics

The market hours are Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. We ask you to have your booth space open and ready during that time frame, no tearing down early unless otherwise arranged.

Set-up times: will be Friday (times announced in vendor group) and Saturday between 8am and 9:45am. Please be courteous to the other vendors during set up. Do not set up outside of your designated space. Friday set up times will be announced in our Facebook planning group.

You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. If you choose a 10 x 10 space, you are welcome to bring a pop-up canopy. Canopies must fit within your space and they must have straight legs and have no awnings or they will not be permitted. All vendors must stay with within your booth space and give yourself room to get in and out of your space without disrupting your neighbor

If any damages are found in your booth area after clean up you will be responsible for paying for the remediation of those damages. You’ll be notified within 72 hours and once the bills available you would be expected to pay the bill in full to the host. If damages are severe and repayment is not made within 10 days of the bill being presented for the legal action can and will be taken.
Cancellation Policy:

The deposit you place for a future event will be applied to that event only, we will not hold it over or transfer to another date.

No refunds will be given for any events.

If you leave the show early or do not show up for the event you will not receive a discount or refund and you will NOT be invited back to be a vendor again.
Misc. Terms:

Sales tax: Idaho state sales tax is 6%. All vendors must fill out an online Idaho state tax form with our specific Event ID # and email a copy of your confirmation to us in order to set up their booth. The link to the form and ID# will be pinned to the top of our group page.

Multiple companies: If you sell more than one type of item such as a handcrafted and an MLM, you must have separate booths, no combining companies in a one booth. Booth spaces cannot be shared between vendors, each vendor must have their own space

Facebook vendor group: All accepted vendors must join the vendor planning group. All communications will be there so everyone is kept in the loop. You will also be required to advertise the event on a regular basis on your personal social media pages and invite friends to the event.

As a vendor you may not bring an animal with you, keep one at your booth or in your vehicle.

As a vendor there will be no smoking or vaping near the booths or doors, you must go to the back of the building or in your personal vehicle.
